He is a designer, evaluator, illustrator, and content strategist with an MA in sociology and over 20 years of research and evaluation experience.

In the evaluation world, he is known for his blog (freshspectrum.com) and for the thousands of evaluation comics he’s drawn over the last 10+ years.

He is also an independent consultant running ReportPress.net, a web development agency specializing in developing web reports, report blogs, and resource sites.
