Strengthening Evaluation Contracting Partnerships: Fostering Stronger Relationships between Funders and Small Proximate Evaluation Firms

In this article, we make the case for partnering with small and solo proximate or community-based evaluation firms and offer guidance for adjusting selection and contracting practices to foster these partnerships, building on our Open Letter and our learning from the foundations and small and solo community-based evaluation partners who participated in our webinars in 2024.
