SECPI Webinar: Breaking Down Barriers: Strengthening Partnerships between Funders and Small, Local Evaluation Firms

What adjustments can funders make to their external evaluator selection and contracting practices to facilitate stronger partnerships with small and solo proximate evaluation firms?
